Cancellation & Event Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made with Inland NW Gellyball.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled event start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
All reschedules are subject to availability.

No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of payment.

Weather & Safety
Events may be postponed or rescheduled by Inland NW Gellyball due to unsafe weather or safety concerns.
In these cases, clients will be offered a reschedule at no additional charge.

Party & Event Agreement

By booking an event with Inland NW Gellyball, the client agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Payment
Full payment or required deposit is required to secure an event date.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Participant Requirements
All participants must complete a waiver before participating.
Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Safety & Conduct
All participants must follow staff instructions and safety rules.
Inland NW Gellyball reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

Equipment Responsibility
All equipment remains the property of Inland NW Gellyball.
Clients are responsible for damage caused by misuse or intentional abuse of equipment.

Liability Disclaimer
Inland NW Gellyball is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
Participation involves physical activity and inherent risk, which the client voluntarily accepts.

Right to Refuse Service
Inland NW Gellyball reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety concerns, rule violations, or inappropriate behavior.

Agreement Confirmation
By completing a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Event Policy.
